Please modify digit «3» to distinguish it from Russian letter «З» #664

Right now Russian letter «З» and digit «3» look like this...
These symbols look almost the same.
Meanwhile, there are fonts where these symbols are different and easy to distinguish.
For example, in PT Sans
If you modify digit «3» to be angular, the IBM Plex font would become the best font ever!
