Support Chrome options for webdriver

There's a number of params than can be passed to ChromeDriver:

most notably, changing Chrome binary (e.g. to point to Chromium)

We call ChromeDriver constructor without params, if we do it the similar way as for Firefox, we could pass params to ChromeDriver as well.
