Feedback for “Customs Information” #1129

Changes to this endpoint https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/rest-management/shipping/customs-information#upsert-customs-information are returning 422 errors when previously it supported empty fields.
The JIRA https://bigcommercecloud.atlassian.net/browse/SHIPPING-3654 made changes to the endpoint to no longer allow empty fields. A lack of announcement in https://developer.bigcommerce.com/release-notes is creating support contacts.
