Dockerfile: add blueos.local host

Makes blueos.local a host in the docker container, that will point to BlueOS itself in the internal network created by docker

We should discuss what we want the standard one to be.
Our current docs specify host.docker.internal, but something BlueOS-focused may be more intuitive 🤷‍♂️
