I am sorry but it is not in the current repo's Machine Learning folder, so I assumed that you PR was closed due to conflicts as told by admin...

No one can add the "Understanding deep learning" book to the machine learning folder in any repo or library.
Because deep learning is a subset of machine learning, machine learning and deep learning are different technologies.
