Migration of macOS to Apple's Dispatch Queue, Network, and SecItem framework

With the update to aws-crt v0.41.0 macOS will now use Apple’s Dispatch Queue, Network Framework, and Secitem to handle network connections and TLS negotiation. Additional information regarding this change can be found here: #672
