What changed
WORKFLOW_ID_REUSE_POLICY_TERMINATE_IF_RUNNINGis deprecated, in favor of the Conflict Policy of the same name. Previous comment indicated that this option was preserved for backward compatibility, but didn't explicitly called out deprecation, which has been a source of confusion for some users.
